Certified BIO Landscape (and beyond)

Since 2018, Neptune has applied a certified sustainable landscape management system, accredited by DIO—the official Greek body for organic certification.

Starting April 2025, Neptune Luxury Resort adopted the principles of Organic Regenerative Agriculture (ORA Standards)—an evolution of organic farming best practices, based on internationally recognised criteria. The resort received certification for these practices from DIO in October of the same year.

Taste Greece – Conscious Food & Beverage Sourcing

The Neptune Food & Beverage Team brings the flavors of Kos and the richness of the Greek land to your table—turning every dish and drink into an experience full of aromas, care, and authenticity.

Our culinary philosophy is based on local products and conscious choices, respecting your health while reducing environmental impact. For us, good food means both joy and care.

Towards a Plastic-Free Operation

Plastic production and waste from fossil fuels are among the most serious threats to our planet—harming marine life, contributing to climate change, and affecting public health. At Neptune, our commitment to reducing plastic began in 2015.

Since then, we’ve followed a clear roadmap to phase out single-use plastics and eliminate unnecessary consumption across operations. Since 2019, in line with EU regulations, reducing plastics has been a systematic priority—supporting global efforts for a more sustainable future

Our People & Community Matter

We are committed to providing a fair, safe, inclusive, and high-quality working environment for our staff—the heart of our hospitality. We also actively support and collaborate with the local community: working with suppliers, schools, and producers to enrich our guests’ stays with authentic, meaningful, and enjoyable experiences.
